2008年5月～2010年12月,笔者采用中西医结合方法治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)40例,取得满意疗效,并与单用西治疗的40例作对照观察,现报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料两组80例均为我院门诊及住院患者。治疗组40例中,男16例,女24例;年龄7～45岁,平均36.3岁;病程最短2.5个月,最长17年。
From May 2008 to December 2010, the author treated 40 cases of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) with the method of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, and achieved satisfactory curative effect. Compared with the treatment of 40 cases treated with western medicine alone, the report is as follows . 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information 80 cases of both groups are outpatient and inpatient hospital. Treatment group 40 cases, 16 males and 24 females; aged 7 to 45 years, mean 36.3 years; duration of the shortest 2.5 months, up to 17 years.
