以菠菜为试材,采用随机区组的方法,研究了牛粪不同施用量对菠菜生长和产量的影响。结果表明:牛粪施用量7 000kg/667m2的菠菜产量最高,达1 227.28kg/667m2,较不施肥(对照)增产24.32%;牛粪施用量5 000kg/667m2的菠菜产量次之,较对照增产13.51%;牛粪施用量3 000kg/667m2的菠菜产量第3,较对照增产5.41%,增产差异显著。同时,牛粪不同施用量的菠菜株高、叶面积、叶厚等生长势均优于对照。总之,施用牛粪有效地提高了菠菜产量,改善了菠菜的生长势。
Using spinach as test material and random block method, the effects of different manure application rates on the growth and yield of spinach were studied. The results showed that the yield of spinach with cow manure application of 7 000 kg / 667 m 2 was the highest (1 227.28 kg / 667 m 2), the yield of spinach was increased by 24.32% compared with the control without fertilization 13.51% respectively. The output of spinach with the dosage of cow manure of 3 000kg / 667m 3 was the third, 5.41% higher than that of the control, and the yield difference was significant. Meanwhile, the plant height, leaf area, leaf thickness and other growth vigor of spinach with different application rates of cow dung were better than the control. In conclusion, application of cow dung effectively increased spinach production and improved spinach growth potential.
