The colonization, composition and the prebiotic and antagonistic effects of the interspecific microorganisms on host plants are receiving more and more attention. Stomata are no longer considered as passive pathways for microorganisms to invade plants, but are an important part of plant innate immunity. The molecular mechanisms of plant stomatal and microbial immune interactions are more and more exhaustive. In this paper, we reviewed the mechanism of immune interactions between microorganisms and plants in the leaf, combined with the influence of environmental factors on stomatal opening and closing oscillations and their effects on crop water use efficiency. It is suggested that stomatal oscillations in plant stomatal immunity may be used to develop agriculture Water saving and production technology point of view. Plant stomatal-microbial immune interaction will be the intersection and new focus of molecular ecology and agricultural ecology.
