根据国家计委(73)劳字477号《关于加强防止矽尘和有毒物质危害工作的通知》文件精神和贯彻落实毛主席“预防为主”的卫生方针,我们在工厂党委的领导下,积极开展了全厂电焊工作业的普查工作。我厂电焊工作业主要集中在焊接、底架、三七等十三个车间,电焊作业工人共有377人。由于焊接的物件含有不同的金属元素和焊条成分的复杂,在焊接燃烧时向空气中散发大量粉尘和有害物质。产生的粉尘有锰尘、铁尘和少量矽尘,产生的有害气体有氧化锰、氟化物和氮氧化物等。这些对电焊作业工人的健康有一定的危害。为了解对电焊工人的危害程度,以便制订相应的防护措施,我们初步对工厂电焊作业的生产环境、设备情况和防尘防毒措施进行了劳动卫生学调查。
According to the spirit of the document “Notice on Strengthening the Prevention of Hazards of Silica Dust and Toxic Substances” issued by the State Development Planning Commission (73) Labor No. 477 and implementing the principle of “prevention as the mainstay” of Chairman Mao’s health policy, we are active under the leadership of the factory party committee Carry out the whole factory welder census work. Our factory welder jobs are mainly concentrated in the welding, chassis, notoginseng and thirteen workshops, welding workers a total of 377 people. Dust generated manganese dust, iron dust and a small amount of silica dust, the resulting harmful gases are manganese oxide, fluoride and nitrogen oxides. These are some hazards to the health of the workers in the welding operation. In order to understand the degree of harm to the welders in order to formulate the appropriate protective measures, we initially conducted a labor hygiene survey on the production environment, equipment and dust-proof and anti-poisoning measures of the factory’s welding operations.
