本研究以一年生(春化不需要型)白菜型油菜自交系RcBr与二年生(春化需要型)大白菜高代自交系08A061为亲本材料,在春化和未春化2种不同春化处理下,调查F2:3家系薹长5cm时间和开花时间的差异,对春化需要性状进行QTL定位和分析。结果表明,春化需要为隐性性状,两种表型测量方法共检测到7个与春化需要相关的QTLs,分布于A02和A06连锁群上,各QTL可解释的表型变异在0.08%~22.52%之间。其中在A02连锁群顶部重复检测到VR-DE01和VR-FT01,表型变异贡献率分别为22.52%和14.54%,均与BrFLC2基因紧密连锁。在A06连锁群上检测到VR-DE03和VR-DE04,解释表型变异分别为13.30%和13.64%。这些QTL将为研究白菜的春化需要与抽薹的遗传关系以及晚抽薹品种的分子辅助选育奠定理论基础。
In this study, two annual vernalizations (unwanted vernalized) cabbage rapeseed RcBr and biennial (vernalization required) Chinese cabbage high progeny line 08A061 were used as parents. Under the treatment, the difference of the 5 cm length and flowering time of F2: 3 pedigree was investigated, and the QTLs for the vernalization need were located and analyzed. The results showed that the vernalization needs recessive traits. Seven phenotypic analysis methods detected seven QTLs related to the need of vernalization, which were distributed on A02 and A06 linkage groups. The phenotypic variation explained by each QTL was 0.08% ~ 22.52% between. Among them, VR-DE01 and VR-FT01 were detected repeatedly at the top of linkage group A02, and the phenotypic variation contribution rates were 22.52% and 14.54% respectively, which were closely linked to BrFLC2 gene. VR-DE03 and VR-DE04 were detected on A06 linkage group, explaining phenotypic variation of 13.30% and 13.64%, respectively. These QTLs will lay the theoretical foundation for the study of the genetic relationship between the need of vernalization and bolting and the molecular-assisted breeding of late bolting varieties.
