对蒸汽锅炉等间隔密排小径管实施射线检测,检测标准执行JB/T 4730.2—2005,每道焊口须相隔90°拍2张底片,因结构特点,椭圆成像难度较大。针对使用Se75射线源检测,结合焊口等间隔密排的结构特点,在满足标准规范要求的前提下,作者设计制作了使用r射线源检测的探伤支架。经实际使用证明,利用该支架对蒸汽锅炉等间隔密排小径管进行r射线检测,底片质量好、效率高、安全可靠,可推广使用。
