一、补偿贸易的形式当前物资协作中的补偿贸易含义,是指资源比较贫乏的地区向资源丰富地区提供资金、生产和管理技术(包括先进设备)、人才等生产要素,后者在一定时期内向前者补偿一定数量的原材料或能源的经济活动。 1.一方提供资金的补偿贸易。这是当前补偿贸易的主要形式。如1986年7月,北京市经济技术协作公司和北京市有色金属工业总公司(乙方),与中国甘肃国际经济技术合作公司(甲方)签订了补偿贸易协议,乙方给甲方提供资金,甲方给乙方提供铝锭。这项补偿贸易给双方带来了很显著的经济效益。 2.一方提供生产和管理技术的补偿贸易。这种补偿贸易形式也被各地广泛采用。其特点
