In the era of planned economy, the state often uses such physical time as “five years” or “ten years” and the multiple of these figures as the historical time for planning and controlling the development process of a country. In connection with this kind of thinking, the literary world is also accustomed to marking the historical time of the historical process by means of the physical time such as “ten years” or “multiple of ten years” after the occurrence of a major historic event.
