森林资源资产评估是维护森林资源资产相关利益人合法权益的主要技术保障,也是森林资源资产化管理的重要手段。本文针对用材林中龄林的资产评估,通过借鉴现有的相关研究成果,提出了一套适用现有二类调查数据资料的评估技术思路。文章列举了评估技术思路所涉模型,并以崇义县人工杉木林为例,探讨了该模型的应用,并分析了模型应用的关键点。
Assets assessment of forest resources is the main technical support for safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the stakeholders of forest resources assets and also an important means of asset management of forest resources. In this paper, aiming at the assets appraisal of timber middle age forest, this paper puts forward a set of appraisal technical ideas applying existing two types of survey data by referring to the existing related research results. The article lists the models involved in the assessment of technical ideas, and takes Chongyi Cunninghamia lanceolata as an example to discuss the application of the model and analyzes the key points of the model application.
