本文报道人外用血T淋巴细胞在体外用腺苷(adenosino)处理后,可分离成两个不同的亚群,一是失去形成E玫瑰花能力的E_s细胞(对腺苷敏感细胞),另一是形成E玫瑰花的E_R细胞(对腺苷抵抗细胞)。 25名正常人外周血的E_S和E_R细胞分别为12.10±1.12%和69.28±1.28%。实验结果表明E_S细胞群体中有80.67±3.67%的细胞带有IgG
This article reports that human peripheral blood T lymphocytes can be separated into two different subgroups after being treated with adenosine in vitro. One is the loss of E_s cells (adenosine-sensitive cells) capable of forming E-rosette and the other E_R cells that form E rose (adenosine resistance cells). E_S and E_R cells in peripheral blood of 25 normal persons were 12.10 ± 1.12% and 69.28 ± 1.28% respectively.
