根据大型铝合金U型框架的结构特点及技术要求,提出了适合成形该类零件的复合铸造方法——砂型+实型复合铸造;论述了U型框架铸造工艺设计,着重介绍了浇注系统、冒口及砂芯的设计过程,并讨论了铸件热裂纹缺陷的产生及其结构改进,对同类铸件工艺设计具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。
According to the structural characteristics and technical requirements of the large aluminum alloy U-shaped frame, a composite casting method suitable for forming such parts is proposed, that is, sand + solid composite casting. The design of the U-shaped frame casting process is discussed. The pouring system is emphatically introduced. Mouth and sand core design process, and discussed the hot cracking defects in castings and the improvement of their structure, casting process design for similar has a certain reference value and guiding significance.
