我厂鉛电解精炼历年来曾采用动物胶作添加剂。长期实践証明,其缺点是:用量大,費用高,效果差。电解液中大量胶体离子及分解产物γ-氨基酸的积聚,强烈地降低了电解液的导电性,电解液分散能力也不高,鉛阴极片表面結晶粗糙,不能防止包釘及阴极周边沉积偏快的現象。特別是在我厂采用低酸操作(游离硅氟酸650克/升)的情况下,上述缺点更为明显,有时甚至出現树枝状結晶。由于阴极結晶达不到要求,直接限制了各項技术經济指标的进一步提高,成为生产的主要关鍵。为了解决这一問題,我們进行了添加剂的試驗,采用綜合添加剂代替了过去的单种添加剂,一年来生产实践証明,效果良好。

In order to solve this problem, we carried out additive tests, using a comprehensive additive instead of a single additive in the past, a year of production proved to be effective.
