目的通过对社区居民健康知识知晓率的调查、研究、分析,了解社区居民相关知识掌握情况及需求,为加强和探索新的健康教育方法提供依据。方法调查2个街道不同人群获取健康知识的情况和接受信息的途径以及对健康知识的需求。结果在相关知识的掌握上,对健康基本知识、慢性病的相关知识、传染病的相关知识及愿意接受健康教育的程度随着年龄、职业、社会背景不同存在着明显的差异(P<0.05)。结论在预防保健为重点的社区卫生服务中,健康教育起到重要的作用,但在社区卫生服务发展初级阶段中,还存在一些薄弱环节,还需要对不同人群进行不同方位的健康教育,逐渐提高社区居民无病防病、三级预防的意识。
Objective To investigate, analyze and understand the knowledge and knowledge of community residents through the investigation, study and analysis of community residents’ health awareness, and provide basis for strengthening and exploring new methods of health education. Methods Investigate the availability of health knowledge and access to information for different groups of people in two streets and the need for health knowledge. Results There was a significant difference (P <0.05) in the mastery of relevant knowledge about the basic knowledge of health, the knowledge about chronic diseases, the knowledge about infectious diseases and the willingness to receive health education with age, occupation and social background. Conclusion Health education plays an important role in preventive health care community health services. However, there are still some weak links in the initial stage of community health service development. Health education in different directions needs to be gradually increased Community residents disease prevention and disease prevention, tertiary prevention awareness.
