通过对三个无差异组用不同的快速力量训练负荷组合方法进行为期半年的训练,后对三个组的快速力量素质指标实验结果进行横向、纵向比较分析,发现三组中最好的快速力量训练负荷组合方法为:最大力量训练+30%最大力量负荷最快速度训练法。
