对80例不育男性和30例正常生育男性及12例Yqh~+携带者家系作了染色体C带异态性定量研究。用显微图象测量仪微机控制半自动描迹测量1、9、16和Y染色体的qh/16p相对长度比率。不育组和生育组1qh~+和9qh~+群体频率接近;两组Yqh/16p众数均为3级;两组Yqh~+频率(16.25%和26.67%)虽有差异,但与不育表型(睾丸大小、无精、少精等)并无正相关。12例家系男性Yqh~+携带者都能生育(不育男性Yqh~+先证者除外),表明Yqh~+并不直接导致男性不育。
80 cases of infertile men and 30 cases of normal fertility males and 12 cases of Yqh ~ + family made a quantitative analysis of chromosome C banding. The ratio of qh / 16p relative length of 1,9, 6 and Y chromosomes was measured by micro-computerized semi-automatic tracing using a microscopic image measuring instrument. The frequencies of 1qh ~ + and 9qh ~ + groups in infertility group and fertility group were close to each other. The Yqh / 16p polymorphisms in both groups were all grade 3. Although there were differences in Yqh ~ + frequencies (16.25% and 26.67% Phenotype (testicular size, azoospermia, less refined, etc.) there is no positive correlation. 12 cases of male Yqh ~ + family members can have children (infertile men except Yqh ~ + proband), indicating that Yqh ~ + does not directly lead to male infertility.
