云南是“世界竹类的故乡”，但竹文化旅游还是一个新的课题，它既是竹类学研究的重要内容，更是旅游学有待开辟的重要研究领域。本文从竹子的旅游观赏和审美价值、云南旅游观赏竹类、民族竹文化、竹文化旅游发展等方面进行了分析论述，认为由于竹子具有较高的旅游审美和园林观赏价值、云南竹类资源之丰富和民族竹文化之奇妙，竹文化旅游在作为支柱产业的旅游业建设中将占有特殊重要的地位，应引起应有重视。
Yunnan is the hometown of bamboo in the world, but bamboo culture tourism is still a new issue. It is not only an important part of bamboo taxonomy, but also an important research area to be opened up in tourism. This paper analyzes and discusses bamboo tourism appreciation and aesthetic value, Yunnan tourism ornamental bamboo, ethnic bamboo culture and bamboo culture tourism development. It is concluded that due to the high tourism aesthetic value and ornamental value of bamboo, bamboo resources in Yunnan Rich and ethnic bamboo culture of the wonderful, bamboo culture tourism as a pillar industry in the tourism industry will occupy a special and important position, should cause due attention.
