Cultural economics is a new discipline arising from the problems of post-industrialized society. It studies the interrelationship between culture and economy and expands the horizons of traditional economics. Based on traditional economic theory, Kurume University in Japan introduced the fields of culture and social science into economics to broaden students ’horizons and intended to promote students’ exposure and understanding of society through practical courses such as NPO activities. This kind of professional ability and practical ability training methods make graduates obtain employment advantages. It provides a useful reference for solving the existing problems of personnel training in economic discipline of colleges and universities in our country.
