应使进攻队员懂得高命中率的投篮以及在每次控制球时至少要进行一次投篮。快攻并不意味着快速或者伦促地投篮。打快攻的目的在于获得轻而易举的投篮得分机会,在尚未获得这种机会之前要有耐心。每个队员必须担负起“照顾好球”的职责,以便本队进行高命中率的投篮。投篮的命中率高的含义包括: a.尽可能使球接近球篮。 b.队员移动至他们的最有效的得分区域。 c.投篮未中时,队员要移动占据抢进攻篮板球的位置。 d.既要知道比赛和每次进攻的30秒钟所剩下的时间,又要懂得在特定时间里比分的情况。
The offensive player should be made to know the shots at high hit rates and to make at least one shot each time he controls the ball. Fast break does not mean shooting fast or lunacy. The goal of a quick break is to get a handy shoot-out score and be patient before getting such a chance. Each team member must assume the responsibility of “taking good care of the ball” so that the team can shoot at a high hit rate. The shooting high hit meanings include: a. Keep the ball as close as possible to the basket. b. Team members move to their most effective scoring area. c. When a shot is missing, the player moves to grab the offensive rebound. d. It is important to know the time remaining for the game and the 30 seconds of each attack, as well as the score at a given time.
