1995年,邹凤贤(英文名Fanny)刚加盟SGS时,SGS在中国只有几十名员工;如今,SGS中国区已经拥有27个分支机构,员工多达3000人。在这10年的时间里,她从前台做到客服,从客服到筹建销售团队、营销推广团队。伴随着SGS的快速发展,如今,邹凤贤已经成长为SGS公司国际认证部中国市场的推广负责人。“回顾这10年的经历,我好像就没有轻闲的时刻,当一个领域我已经很熟悉的时候,马上又开始转换到另一个领域。”Fanny如此评价她这“一晃而过”的10年时间。之所以在SGS一呆就是10年,Fanny将最大的原因归结为快乐和遇到了很好的BOSS,给了她很多锻炼的机会,“快乐地工作,快乐地生活”
In 1995, Zou Fengxian (English name Fanny) just joined SGS, SGS in China only has dozens of employees; now, SGS China has 27 branches and employs up to 3,000 people. In these 10 years, she has done customer service from the front desk, from customer service to build a sales team, marketing team. The reason why stay in SGS is 10 years, Fanny will be attributed to the biggest reason for the happiness and encountered a good boss, gave her a lot of exercise opportunities, “happy to work, happy life”
