今年7月美国铝业协会发布了美国和加拿大铝市场动态,预计美国和加拿大的铝需求比去年增长4.5%。初步估算,2005年5月美国和加拿大铝销售量,包括进口量,总计为492.43万吨,比去年同期增加4.5%。北美市场销售量为453.2万吨,超出去年4.7%。铝材销售量总计340.8万吨,比去年上升7.1%。
In July this year, the American Aluminum Association released the aluminum market trends in the United States and Canada. The aluminum demand in the United States and Canada is expected to increase 4.5% over last year. Preliminary estimates show that in May 2005 the United States and Canada, aluminum sales, including imports, a total of 4924300 tons, an increase of 4.5% over the same period last year. North American market sales of 4.532 million tons, 4.7% higher than last year. Aluminum sales totaled 3.408 million tons, up 7.1% over the previous year.
