目的:通过对2005~2007年长春地区出生缺陷发生率、主要死亡原因、缺陷类型顺位及构成比的分析,探讨降低出生缺陷发生率的干预措施。方法:对2005~2007年长春地区医疗单位的监测资料进行统计分析。结果:2005~2007年长春地区总的出生缺陷发生率为90.11/万,其中城市为119.74/万,农村为57.41/万,城市明显高于农村(P<0.01);唇裂畸形发生率最高,神经管畸形位于第2位;男性与女性出生缺陷发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);产母年龄≥35岁是出生缺陷的高危因素。结论:监测工作还需进一步加强,环境因素在出生缺陷发生中有重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the incidence of birth defects in Changchun area from 2005 to 2007, the incidence of birth defects, the main cause of death, defect type rank and composition ratio analysis to explore interventions to reduce the incidence of birth defects. Methods: The monitoring data of medical units in Changchun area from 2005 to 2007 were statistically analyzed. Results: The total incidence of birth defects in Changchun from 2005 to 2007 was 90.11 / 10000, of which 119.74 / 10000 in urban areas, 57.41 / 10000 in rural areas and significantly higher in urban areas than in rural areas (P <0.01) There was no significant difference in the incidence of birth defects between males and females (P> 0.05). Birth age ≥35 was the risk factor of birth defects. Conclusion: Monitoring needs to be further strengthened, and environmental factors play an important role in birth defects.
