硫辛酸二乙胺基乙酯“225”是一个有辐射防护作用的化合物。心得安(肾上腺β受体阻断剂)本身也有一定的抗辐射作用,并能加强正肾上腺素、AET、伤寒副伤寒甲乙疫苗等的防护效果。最近又证明心得安也能加强“225”对小鼠的抗放作用。毛果云香硷(胆硷能M样受体激动剂)本身有轻微的抗放作用。它也能加强“225”的抗放效果。因此,在“225”分子中引入心得安和类似毛果云香硷的部分基团,有可能提高其抗放效果。材料和方法所用小鼠系本院LACA系,日龄70天,体重20—24克。按常规饲养。照射条件:~(60)Coγ线全身一次照射,观察30天活存率动
