各理事单位: 定于11月份召开的第二次全国会员代表大会,将选举第二届行协理事会。根据不久前征求理事同意的’行协章程修正草案”的规定,今后理事拟按会员单位总数不超过15％产生。现有第一届行协理事70家(有4家因种种原因不再任理事),占现有会员总数近700家的10％多一点,今后将逐步增补至上限。遵照理事长的意见,行协秘书处建议第一届理事(70家)均列入第二届理事候选名单;同时依照理事条件,本单位申请和实际情况,建议以下17家亦列入第二届理事候选名单。请审核,并于11月5日前将同意或不同意的意见告行协秘书处,如逾期不复,即视为无不同意见,将作为第一届理事会提出的第二届理事候选名单交大会选举。
