当今世界,日新月异的网络信息技术,特别是以物联网、机器人、人工智能、生物医学、脑科学等为代表的新技术领域,给社会生产生活带来了巨大变革,深刻改变着全球经济格局、利益格局、安全格局。虽然近年来我国相关领域取得了不小成绩,涌现出了一批优势企业和技术成果,但同世界先进水平相比还有不小差距,整体上依然面临着整体战略规划缺位、政策规范和产业引导有待加强、技术创新能力和动力不足、各行业领域融合应用广度和深度不够等迫切问题。
