2型糖尿病患者168名,分为长期糖尿病组,新诊糖尿病组,又分酮症组和非酮症组,设有正常对照组。测定SOD、MDA、T-ROC、GSH-PX等。结果:发现2型糖尿病人①SOD与病程、年龄、FPG、UMA、收缩压、MDA负相关;②MDA与年龄、病程、收缩压、FPG、CHO、LDL、HbA1c正相关,与UMA负相关;③GSH-PX与病程、年龄、MDA负相关,与SOD正相关;④T-AOS与年龄、病程、FPG、服75g葡萄糖2小时后血糖、血清胰岛素、HbA1c、UMA、MDA负相关,与SOD,GSH-PX正相关;⑤抗氧化比值SOD/MDA与病程、年龄、FPG、HbA1c、UMA、收缩压、MDA负相关,与SOD、GSH-PX、T-AOS正相关。正常对照组、新发糖尿病组、长期糖尿病组、T-AOS、SOD/MDA逐渐降低,MDA逐渐升高,但新发糖尿病组与正常对照组之间SOD值差异无显著性,两组均高于长期糖尿病组,甚至新发糖尿病组GSH-PX高于正常对照组,两组又高于长期糖尿病组。新发2型糖尿病患者,酮症组服75g葡萄糖2小时后血糖和HbA1c高于非酮症组,血清胰岛素和C肽水平低于非酮症组,SOD和GSH-PX高于非酮症组,MDA、T-AOS、SOD/MDA值组无差异。结论:糖尿病中抗氧化能力相对或绝对减弱,糖尿病发病初期SOD值没有下降,而是与正常相差不多,GSH-PX甚至上升,在发生酮症这种急性疾病状态时SOD、GSH-PX也是上升的,可能反映了一种代偿机制而非耗竭现象。

Normal control group, new onset diabetes group, long-term diabetes group, T-AOS, SOD / MDA decreased gradually, MDA gradually increased, but there was no significant difference between the new onset diabetes group and the normal control group In the long-term diabetes group and even in the newly diagnosed diabetic group, GSH-PX was higher than that in the normal control group, and both groups were higher than the long-term diabetic group. In newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients, the blood glucose and HbA1c were higher in ketosis group than those in non-ketosis group after 75g glucose treatment for 2 hours, and the levels of serum insulin and C-peptide were lower than those in non-ketosis group, and SOD and GSH-PX were higher than non-ketosis group , MDA, T-AOS, SOD / MDA group no difference. CONCLUSIONS: The antioxidant capacity in diabetes is relatively or absolutely weakened, the SOD value does not decrease in the early stage of diabetes, but is similar to normal, and the GSH-PX even rises. SOD and GSH-PX also rise in the acute state of ketosis Probably reflects a compensatory mechanism rather than a depletion phenomenon.
