提高社会保险的服务质量以及服务能力是实现社会保险标准化的重要手段,同时也是促进保险事业在社会中可持续发展的重要途径。社会保险的制度分析对现在是社会来说是一个有待开创的新课题。作为一种制度安排植根于文化环境与社会结构的条件,进而产生一定的历史背景。而目前我国的社会保险制度存在着很大的问题。本文主要参考欧美发达国家的社会保险制度,从我国的基本国情出发进而分析了我国社会保险制度的改革工作。
Improving the service quality and service ability of social insurance is an important means to standardize social insurance and an important way to promote the sustainable development of insurance in society. Institutional analysis of social insurance is now a new topic for the community to be opened up. As a institutional arrangement rooted in the cultural environment and social conditions, and then have a certain historical background. At present, there is a big problem with the social insurance system in our country. This article mainly refers to the social insurance system in the developed countries in Europe and the United States. Based on the basic national conditions in our country, this article analyzes the reform work in our country’s social insurance system.
