国内房价较高,大部分收入一般的家庭很难承受。这就要求地方政府加快保障性住房的建设,增加公共租赁住房、经济适用住房的数量,同时对商品住房限价供应,扩大住房保障政策的覆盖范围。这样的方式既保障了中低收入者的住房难问题,也减轻了住房市场的压力。建议政府在增加土地的供应量的同时,应该规定保障性住房、棚户区改造和中小套型普通商品住房的用地总量,不能低于住房建设用
Domestic prices are high, and most households with a normal income are hard to afford. This requires that local governments speed up the construction of affordable housing, increase the number of public rental housing and affordable housing while limiting the supply of commodity housing and expanding the coverage of housing security policies. This approach not only guarantees the housing difficulties of low-income people, but also lightens the pressure on the housing market. It is suggested that while increasing the supply of land, the government should stipulate that the total amount of land for affordable housing, shantytowns and medium and small-sized general commercial housing should not be lower than that for housing construction
