通过确定性方法对主轴系统有限元模型进行优化确认,分别对模型的离散误差和形状误差进行估计,并得到优化的网格划分方法和模型结构,在此基础上计算模型可修性指标,对模型是否需要重建给出指导性意见,为后续模型参数修正工作打下基础。并且以数控平面磨床主轴系统为例,说明了如何建立较优化的数控机床主轴系统有限元模型的步骤。
The deterministic method is used to optimize and confirm the finite element model of the main shaft system. The discrete error and shape error of the model are respectively estimated, and the optimized meshing method and model structure are obtained. Based on this, the model repairable index is calculated. Whether the model needs to be reconstructed gives guidance and paves the way for the subsequent model parameter correction. Taking CNC spindle grinder as an example, this paper explains how to establish a more optimized finite element model of CNC machine tool spindle system.
