制备了鳗弧菌E3-11菌株的兔抗血清,并应用间接酶联免疫吸附法,建立了一种新的快速诊断鳗弧菌的方法。该方法能检出⒈5×105个·ml-1浓度的E3-11菌株,对患病鱼体的组织培养物鳗弧菌进行检测,呈现明显的阳性反应。对嗜水气单胞菌(A.hydrophila),柱状纤维粘细菌(C.columnaris),非01霍乱弧菌(Non-01)等几种在养殖中主要致病菌不发生交叉反应,同时该反应过程可在较短时间内完成。该方法具有敏感性高、特异性强、速度快、实用方便等特点,可应用于鳗弧菌的快速检测和诊断。
Rabbit antisera of Vibrio anguillarum strain E3-11 were prepared, and a new method for rapid diagnosis of Vibrio anguillarum was established by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The method can detect ⒈5 × 105 · ml-1 concentration of E3-11 strain, the diseased fish tissue culture Vibrio anguillarum detection, showing a significant positive reaction. There was no cross-reaction of A. hydrophila, C. columnaris, Non-01 cholera major pathogens in culture, The reaction can be completed in a relatively short period of time. The method has the characteristics of high sensitivity, strong specificity, high speed, practicality and convenience, and can be applied to the rapid detection and diagnosis of the Vibrio anguillarum.
