目的本次研究主要是为了探析在2型糖尿病的治疗中,将参芪降糖颗粒与格列喹酮片联合进行使用所起到临床疗效以及可能会出现的不良反应。方法本次研究所选取的研究对象为本院2015年3月~2017年1月所接收的64例2型糖尿病患者,为达到研究效果,在进行研究前需将研究对象分为两组,分组方法采用随机法,将64例研究对象随机的分为研究组、对照组两组,每组人数各为32例。给予对照组患者单独使用格列喹酮片进行治疗,使用参芪降糖颗粒联合格列喹酮片对研究组患者进行治疗。观察并对比两组患者接受治疗后的临床治疗效果以及不良反应的发生情况。结果两组患者在接受治疗之后,在最终的治疗结果方面,研究组与对照组之间对存在显著差异,且差异具有统计学意义,即P<0.05。此外,在低血糖反应发生方面,研究组与对照组之间差异是具有统计学意义的,即P<0.05。结论本次研究结果表明,对于2型糖尿病患者而言,将参芪降糖颗粒与格列喹酮片进行联合使用的治疗效果要更加显著,且该种治疗方法的安全性高。 Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate the clinical efficacy and possible adverse reactions of Shenqi Jiangtang Granule in combination with gliquidone in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods The study was conducted in 64 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus received from March 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital. In order to achieve the research results, the subjects were divided into two groups Methods Using random method, 64 subjects were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 32 in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with gliquidone alone, and patients in the study group were treated with Shen Qijiang Jiang Granules and gliquidone tablets. Observed and compared two groups of patients after treatment, the clinical effect and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results After treatment, there was significant difference between the study group and the control group in the final treatment outcome, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). In addition, there was a statistically significant difference between the study group and the control group in terms of hypoglycemic response, ie P <0.05. Conclusion The results of this study show that for patients with type 2 diabetes, the therapeutic effect of Shenqijiangtang granules combined with gliquidone tablets should be more significant, and the safety of the treatment is high.
