高职院校学生宿舍既是学生生活、学习、休息的地方,又是学生交流思想、培养综合素质的重要场所,“5S”管理方法是企业中比较优秀的现场管理方法。本文阐述如何将“5S”管理方法引入到高职院校学生宿舍管理中去。
The student hostels of vocational colleges are not only the places where students live, study and rest, but also the places where students exchange ideas and cultivate comprehensive qualities. The management method of “5S ” is an excellent on-site management method in enterprises. This article explains how to introduce “5S ” management method into student dormitory management in higher vocational colleges.
