建筑工程施工管理是一项复杂的工程,要求建筑设计人员具备环境保护和节约能源资源观念,利用科学的设计方案,在保障建筑物外观整体美感的基础上,保证建筑功能的完整性、建筑结构的合理性、建筑的安全性和可靠性。因此建筑工程优化施工管理有着重要的意义。笔者从建筑质量、成本、实施进度管理和制定安全生产制度这四个方面对建筑工程进行优化施工控制。
