天府矿务局刘家沟、磨心坡、杨柳坝煤矿均系箕斗斜井作主提升,由于井底撒煤较多,在主斜井正下方布置清理斜巷,斜井井底设撒煤储煤窝,撒煤由小闸门下放至矿车,经清理斜巷提升至井底车场转运排出。清理斜巷的通风和主斜井井窝水靠预埋在储煤窝两侧的钢管完成,清理斜巷不直接与主斜井贯通(非贯通式),如图1所示。由于钢管布置在储煤窝周围,其钢管很易被撒煤堵塞和淋水锈蚀,造成通风困难;矿井水经闸门漏入清理斜巷,放煤闸门也会锈蚀,造成开启困难。另外,由于清理斜巷在主斜井正下方,主斜井延深时必须在斜巷与斜井相交处建造人工假底道床,工程量大、施工困
