对高铝锌基ZA27合金在室温下的拉伸断裂特征进行了研究结果表明,ZA27合金在拉应力作用下,其裂纹源始于树枝晶间的α+η共晶组织中,裂纹扩展过程是以沿α+η相扩展,剪断树枝状α相和ε相的方式进行的.并探讨了ZA27中各相对其强度和塑性的影响.
Tensile fracture characteristics of ZA27 alloy with high aluminum-zinc content at room temperature were studied. The results show that the crack originates in the α + η eutectic structure between dendrites under tensile stress. α + η phase expansion, cut off the dendritic α-phase and ε-phase manner. The influence of each relative strength and plasticity in ZA27 was also discussed.
