沈阳市铁西区是实施初级卫生保健的国家试点单位,在开展初保工作中,我们首先抓了健康教育这一龙头工作。我们的具体做法是:1 以居民基本卫生需求为工作目标,结合实际制订本地区概略规划及年度计划 首先针对我区居民的卫生现状及特点进行本底调查。根据全区20个街道办事处的人口分布情况,设计了居民户卫生现状需求和居民个人卫生需求调查表,被调查人数为51218人,共16823户。 此次调查得出的我区居民的卫生需求为:①解决住房、交通拥挤的问题;②卫生、保健知识;③老年活动
The Tiexi District of Shenyang City is a national pilot unit for the implementation of primary health care. In the initial protection work, we first took the lead in health education. Our specific approaches are: 1 Working on the basic health needs of residents, combining the actual formulation of the region’s outline plan and annual plan. Conduct a baseline survey on the health status and characteristics of residents in our district. Based on the population distribution of the 20 sub-district offices in the district, a survey on the current status of household health needs and personal health needs of residents was designed. The number of respondents was 51,218 persons, a total of 16,823 households.
