当华锐风电以自主研发3MW机组中标上海东海大桥10万千瓦示范项目备受瞩目,许多人怀疑这个国内首家也是当时唯一一家生产3MW风电机组的企业到底能不能担起中国首个海上风电示范项目的重任?8月8日凌晨,上海东海海面迎来台风“海葵”带来的最大风力时刻,东海大桥两侧的海上风电场内,34台华锐风电3MW海上风电机组和1台5MW海上风电机组样机已经处在安全切出状态,等待台风过境。当天,台风“海葵”以14级的风力登陆浙江,上海市部分沿海海面和洋山港区阵风达10-12级。东海大桥已于8月7日晚封闭,东海大桥海上风电场内的现场人员也早已全部撤回驻地。
