对符合 API61 0标准的 65Y60型离心油泵输送粘油和清水时的性能进行了实验研究 ,定量地分析了扬程突升现象 ,找出了发生该现象的根源 .研究表明 ,产生扬程突升现象的根源是叶轮和蜗壳表面边界层流态由水力粗糙区向水力光滑区发生了迁移 .
The performance of 65Y60 Centrifugal Oil Pump which conforms to the standard of API61 0 was studied experimentally when the viscous oil and clean water were transported, and the phenomenon of head lift was quantitatively analyzed to find out the origin of this phenomenon.The research shows that the head lift phenomenon The root cause is that the boundary layer of impeller and volute surface migrate from the hydraulic rough zone to the hydraulic smooth zone.
