通过肺灌洗分析的方法，研究沙漠尘急性毒作用。结果提示：沙漠尘组ＡＫＰ、ＡＣＰ、和ＬＤＨ活性，ＮＡ含量和巨噬细胞及白细胞百分含量随集尘剂量的增加而升高。６０ｍｇ／ｋｇ时ＬＤＨ、ＡＣＰ、ＡＫＰ和巨噬细胞及白细胞百分含量显著升高。３０ｍｇ／ｋｇ石英组各项指标均显著高于６０ｍｇ／ｋｇ沙漠尘组。结果说明：沙漠尘对肺部存在一定的急性毒作用，但明显弱于石英尘。
Through lung lavage analysis of the method to study the acute toxicity of desert dust. The results suggest that the activity of AKP, ACP, and LDH, the content of NA and the percentage of macrophages and leukocytes in desert dust group increased with the increase of dust collection dose. LDH, ACP, AKP, macrophage and leukocyte percentage were significantly increased at 60mg / kg. Each index of 30mg / kg quartz group was significantly higher than that of 60mg / kg desert dust group. The result shows that the desert dust has some acute toxic effects on the lungs, but it is obviously weaker than the quartz dust.
