为探索沈阳地区自然人群中有无军团菌感染和流行情况,我们于1986年3～4月间在沈阳市用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法作嗜肺军团菌Ⅰ型(Lp_1)抗体水平测定,选择沈阳市不同职业、不同年龄组的健康人群分层整群抽样,共选定525人为观察对象。现将调查结果报告如下。
In order to explore the presence and absence of Legionella infection and epidemic among the natural population in Shenyang, we used ELISA to detect the level of Lp_1 antibody in Shenyang from March to April in 1986. Determination, selection of Shenyang City of different occupations, health groups of different age stratified cluster sampling, a total of 525 were selected as the observed object. The survey results are reported below.
