目的观察中西医结合治疗小儿麻疹并肺炎的疗效。方法将92例小儿麻疹并肺炎患儿随机分成两组。治疗组采用中西医结合治疗,对照组采用静脉滴注头孢噻肟钠,病毒唑治疗。结果治疗组患儿疗效明显优于优照组,两组总有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗小儿麻疹并肺炎效果显著,有利于缩短病程,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine on measles and pneumonia in children. Methods 92 cases of children with measles and pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, while the control group was treated with intravenous cefotaxime and ribavirin. Results The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the excellent group, the total effective rate was significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion Integrative treatment of measles and pneumonia in children with significant effect is conducive to shortening the course of the disease, and no significant adverse reactions, it is worth promoting the use of the clinic.
