用分散的无血清海马神经元体外培养模型观察了锌对神经元生长发育的作用。结果表明:在MEM培养液中单纯添加1.6mg/L锌可促进神经细胞的贴壁成活、突起伸长、突起数增多,神经原在14d内的存活数和胞体面积、长短径增加,蛋白质合成增多,高浓度的锌(6.4mg/L)则对神经细胞生长发育有抑制作用。锌在体外具有抗自由基的作用。提示适量锌对大鼠海马神经元在体外生长发育有促进作用。
The effect of zinc on the growth and development of neurons was observed by in vitro culture model of dispersed serum-free hippocampal neurons.
