我院 1992年 1月至 1997年 10月收治 17例肺结核合并耳鼻咽喉结核病人 ,现分析如下。临床资料17例中男 11例 ,女 6例 ,年龄 2 0～ 6 8岁。肺结核的诊断 :根据临床表现、胸片、痰集菌和 /或痰结核菌培养阳性。耳鼻咽喉结核的诊断 :根据喉镜检查和 /或活检 +病理检查。4例有肺结
Our hospital from January 1992 to October 1997 admitted 17 cases of tuberculosis with otolaryngopharyngal tuberculosis patients, are analyzed as follows.
