目的探讨24 h动态心电图(DCG)和心肌灌注分级心肌呈色(MBG)之间的相关性。方法选取78例因胸痛就诊而疑似冠心病患者,所有患者均行DCG和冠状动脉造影(CAG)检查,造影过程中同时记录MBG结果。根据DCG结果将患者分为非缺血组与缺血组,结合MBG结果,进行相关性分析。结果 78例患者中,非缺血组MBG 0级0例,MBG 1级2例,MBG 2级8例,MBG 3级25例,发生率分别为0,5.7%,22.9%,71.4%;缺血组MBG 0级5例,MBG 1级11例,MBG 2级23例,MBG 3级4例,发生率分别为11.6%,25.6%,53.5%,9.3%。两组间同级比较有统计学意义(P<0.05,Spearman相关系数为-0.626)。结论以胸痛为主要症状而ECG和CAG检查均显示正常的患者,DCG与MBG之间有相关性。
Objective To investigate the correlation between 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram (DCG) and myocardial perfusion myocardial grading (MBG). Methods Seventy - eight patients with suspected coronary artery disease treated by chest pain were selected. All patients underwent DCG and coronary angiography (CAG). The MBG results were also recorded during the imaging. According to the results of DCG, patients were divided into non-ischemic group and ischemic group, combined with MBG results, correlation analysis. Results Among the 78 patients, there were 0 in the non-ischemic group, 0 in the MBG 0, 2 in the MBG class 1, 8 in the MBG class 2 and 25 in the MBG class 3, with rates of 0, 5.7, 22.9 and 71.4%, respectively Blood group MBG 0 5 cases, MBG 1 11 cases, MBG 2 23 cases, MBG 3 4 cases, the incidence was 11.6%, 25.6%, 53.5%, 9.3%. The same level between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05, Spearman correlation coefficient of -0.626). Conclusion The main symptoms of chest pain and ECG and CAG examination showed normal patients, there is a correlation between DCG and MBG.
