目的观察补阳还五汤加味辅治中风后遗症的临床效果。方法将医院收治的中风后遗症患者98例随机分作观察组与对照组各49例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组给予西医常规结合中医补阳还五汤加味治疗,治疗2个月后比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果经过4个疗程治疗后,观察组总有效率为91.84%高于对照组的75.51%(P<0.05)。结论采用补阳还五汤加味治疗中风后遗症,疗效较单用西医治疗显著,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in treating sequelae of stroke. Methods A total of 98 patients with stroke sequelae were randomly divided into observation group (49 cases) and control group (49 cases). The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The observation group was treated with western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine Buyang Huanwu Decoction. After 2 months of treatment, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After 4 courses of treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 91.84% higher than that in the control group (75.51%, P <0.05). Conclusion Modified BYHWD decoction for the treatment of stroke sequelae, compared with Western medicine treatment alone was significant and safe, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
