苜蓿花叶病毒马铃薯杂斑株系的分离和鉴定

在前茬为苜蓿的马铃薯田里,有一种叶上出现鲜黄病斑的马铃薯黄斑花叶病。病叶汁液在普通烟和心叶烟上产生黄斑花叶和斑驳。在菜豆和豇豆上产生红褐色和紫红色局部斑。部分提纯的病毒是平均直径20.6nm、长17.5—74nm的多组分短杆状粒体。致死温度55—60℃,稀释限点10~(-3),体外存活期3—4天。将分离物回接马铃薯,3—6周后,表现类似田间病株症状。接种紫花苜蓿呈现黄斑花叶。试验证明,引起上述病害的病原为苜蓿花叶病毒马铃薯杂斑株系,此种病害与国外报道的马铃薯杂斑病(Potato-calico disease)为同一种病害。此病可通过块茎传播。 In potato fields of the previous crop of alfalfa, there was a potato yellow mosaic disease with bright yellow spots on the leaves. Sick leaves juice in the ordinary smoke and heart leaves produce macular mosaic and mottling. In the beans and cowpea produce reddish brown and purple local spots. The partially purified virus is a multicomponent short rod-like granule with an average diameter of 20.6 nm and a length of 17.5-74 nm. Lethal temperature 55-60 ℃, dilution limit 10 ~ (-3), in vitro survival of 3-4 days. Recovering the isolate back to potatoes, 3-6 weeks later, showed symptoms similar to the field strain. Inoculation alfalfa macular mosaic leaves. Tests show that the pathogen caused by the above diseases are alfalfa mosaic virus potato hybrid strains, which are the same diseases as the foreign potato cuckoo disease (Potato-calico disease). The disease can be transmitted through tubers.
