农村学校后进生相对城区而言范围更广,比重更大。有效转化后进生的前提是必须准确分析和掌握后进生的成因,然后有针对性地开展教育教学。后进生成因主要包括自身因素(智力因素、非智力因素)和外部因素(家庭因素、学校因素、社会因素)。
Rural school afterlife relative to urban areas in terms of a broader, larger proportion. The precondition of effective transformation is to analyze and master the cause of postgraduates accurately, and then carry out education and teaching in a targeted manner.
