文章结合资源依赖理论和社会网络理论,通过将新创企业所需资源分为互补性资源和相似性地位,探索资源识取对新创企业新产品开发优势的影响,以及技术动态性和产品模块化的调节作用。研究结果表明,互补性资源和相似性地位均对新创企业新产品开发优势有显著的正向影响;技术动态性正向调节相似性地位和新创企业新产品开发优势之间的关系,但对互补性资源和新创企业新产品开发优势之间关系的调节效应不明显;产品模块化正向调节互补性资源和新创企业新产品开发优势之间关系,但对相似性地位和新创企业新产品开发优势之间关系的调节效应不明显。研究结论不仅丰富和发展了新创企业资源整合理论,还对我国新创企业制定新产品开发战略具有重要的理论指导意义。
Based on the theories of resource dependence and social network, this article explores the impact of resource recognition on the development of new products in new ventures by dividing the resources required by new ventures into complementary resources and similarities, as well as the technical dynamics and product modules Modulation of the role.
