在房地产界有这么一句话:第一是地段,第二是地段,第三还是地段,可见地段在专业人士眼中的份量,翻开铺天盖地的房地产广告,不难发现类似这样的美丽词汇:“距市中心××分钟车程”、“离商业旺地××米”、“毗邻××公园”等等。一些不良开发商往往会利用消费者的良好愿望引导他们步入房屋位置的陷阱。
