目的:探索HPLC测定竭红跌打凝胶膏剂中阿魏酸的含量。方法:采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水-三乙胺(9∶91∶0.15)用冰乙酸调节pH 4.0为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长316 nm,柱温40℃。结果:阿魏酸在0.631~20.20 mg·L-1回归方程为A=0.794 8C+0.006 4(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为100.62%,RSD 3.08%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简便,准确,重复性良好,可用于竭红跌打凝胶膏剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the determination of ferulic acid in Hyperbolism gel by HPLC. METHODS: Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-triethylamine (9:91:0.15) with glacial acetic acid at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min- Detection wavelength of 316 nm, column temperature 40 ℃. Results: The regression equation of ferulic acid at 0.631-20.20 mg · L-1 was A = 0.794 8C + 0.006 4 (r = 0.999 7). The average recoveries were 100.62% and RSD 3.08% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Diltiazem gel.
