高磷铸铁闸瓦的优良性能,在工业生产中得到了广泛应用,我厂等单位研制的高磷铸铁闸瓦荣获1990年国家科技进步二等奖。但高含量磷如何进行高速自动分析,在国内尚无先例。我们走访上海工艺所、戚所、上海机电设计院等单位,他们一致推荐由无锡高速分析仪器厂生产的国内唯一国家级银奖产品HCA—3C微机数显硅、锰、磷自动分析仪。该机以近年推出8051单片机为基础,采用光电比色法,溴钨灯为光源,光电转换数据输入,再经线性放大,微机处理,数显直读元素百分含量和打印分析结果。具有外形美观、结构合理、自动化程度高、分析速度快、玻璃器件可靠、分析结果准确、重现性好等优点。尤其是该厂产品质量优良,售后服务令人满意,在此基础上我们决定选用该仪器进行试验。高磷铸铁磷含量高达2.0%～2.5%,在该厂的大力协助下对该机进行了改进,磷的测定改用磷钼钒黄法取代原来钼蓝法,并对显色条件,试剂加入量、酸度、温度、时间等参数,根据高速分析的原理进行优选,其化学分析流程简述如下:称取试样100mg,加入溶样酸55ml,加热溶解后自动进行分液。
